  • Manage referral reporting and marketing programs
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
  • Organize patient education events
  • Follow up with patients after consults
  • Help promote TMS education in community
  • Work with patients to complete paperwork (financial agreement, patient consent for TMS, etc.)
  • Follow up with insurance for pre-authorization or appeals.
  • Keep organized charts and files for TMS patients

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Health Care Clinical Professional is a MUST
  • Minimum 3+ years of health related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations, patient confidentiality

Bachelor’s Degree

  •  Assist patients with completing paperwork as needed; carefully screening all patients for updated information including new address,   new or updated insurance, forms, and/or phone number
  •  Collect payment from patients as they check-in, including any co-payments, late fees, no-show fees, or balance due
  •  Maintain diplomacy and tact while providing excellent customer service to patients as well as co-workers
  •  Maintain confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with clinic policies and HIPAA requirements
  •   General office duties including but not limited to: word processing, copying, filing, faxing, and data entry
  •   Schedule appointments
  •   Schedule/order labs and any other tests
  •   Return calls to patients
  •   Update and document in patient’s electronic health record (EHR)
  •   Answer the phone, take messages, document messages in file
  •   Prepare medical records requests and send the records as directed
  •   Assist in keeping the office neat and clean, including keeping the break room and employee restroom neat and clean
  •   Maintain patient waiting area, ensuring that it is neat, clean, and organized, ready for patients on a daily basis
  •   Any other duties as assigned


Qualifications: Must understand the importance of patient confidentiality, specifically complying with HIPAA standards. Have the ability to maintain diplomacy and tact while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a good working relationship with co-workers. Practice cultural sensitivity. Must possess advanced phone skills while communicating effectively and professionally with patients, physician, and co-workers. Must be very flexible and easily accommodate the changing needs of the practice. Good written and verbal skills are necessary. General knowledge of basic math and computer skills. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Be willing to do whatever task necessary.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a medical office or health care setting.

Intensive Outpatient Program Director - McKinney Texas

Intensive Outpatient Program Director – McKinney Texas

Exult Healthcare is looking for a dynamic individual licensed in the State of Texas as LMFT, LPC-S, LCSW or similar to lead our intensive outpatient program. This position would be responsible for the following (this list is not all inclusive):

  • Directs program counseling staff in the provision of mental health and substance use disorder services to the IOP treatment community
  • Provides individual, family and group counseling and participates in case conferences.
  • Reviews curricula and other program materials, updating with most current and effective programming as needed
  • Supervises and assigns the assessments of all new patients, supervises clinical staff, assigns case loads, and monitors and evaluates their performance
  • Reviews and approves all clinical documentation, and conducts regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that documentation is timely and accurate
  • Oversees business development activities with focus on growth, marketing, increasing census
  • Maintains excellent relationships with referral sources, families, alumni, admissions department, utilization review department, and others to ensure that patients receive their maximum benefit
  • Participates in marketing, alumni and community events to increase awareness of program Statewide
  • Attends and participates in all clinical events with RTC/PHP staff, establishes ongoing communication with patients to encourage Exult Healthcare IOP choice
  • Maintains established performance and conduct standards in accordance with organizational goals/expectations
  • Maintains program requirements with all state facility licensing regulations

Minimum three Years of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Experience and Proven Leadership experience.
